In the most recent rankings released by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan’s captain and elegant batsman, Babar Azam, has held onto the number one position with an impressive rating of 857.

Chasing closely behind is Indian sensation Shubman Gill, as per the latest list unveiled by the governing body of cricket.

Meanwhile, South Africa’s Rassie van der Dussen remains steady in the third spot with a total of 743 points. The remaining spots in the top 5 are occupied by Harry Tector and David Warner.

Pakistani opener Imamul Haq, unfortunately, slid down to the sixth position. The following positions in the top 10 include Quinton de Kock, Heinrich Klaasen, Virat Kohli, and Rohit Sharma.

In the bowling rankings, Shaheen Shah Afridi, the ace pacer, has made significant progress, climbing two places to secure the sixth spot. This change resulted in Mitchell Starc, who previously held the sixth position, slipping to eighth with a rating of 628.

At the top of the ODI bowling rankings, Indian talent Mohammed Siraj and Australian pacer Josh Hazlewood now share the first position, both boasting an impressive 669 points. Other prominent names in the list of leading bowlers include Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi, and Kuldeep Yadav.
